Tanning Beds Are Bad For Your Health
Tanning beds can no longer be considered good for healthy looking skin.
According to a recent study, they are as bad as arsenic and mustard gas.
Because of the ultra violet radiation they are hazardous to your health, and increase the risk of skin cancer by 75%.
The World Health Organization (WHO)is warning people to stay away from them especially before age 18.
Bronzing or self tanning cream can be used instead advised the American Cancer Society.

Electronic Cigarettes Not FDA Appproved
Electronic cigarettes are not as safe from nicotine as some may think. This is according to a recent report.
The FDA tested electronic cigarettes from two manufacturers and found several toxic chemicals. The FDA has not approved these cigarettes as an alternative to regular cigarettes, reporting that they produce a nicotine mist that is directly absorbed into the lungs.
The fear is that electronic cigarettes may be a deterrent to smoking cessation.
