Fifty-four thousand Japanese women participated in the study over 5 years.
The research showed that regardless of how many cups of green tea the women drank there were no benefits at all. The study was done to measure the effect of green tea on breast cancer.
Green tea has antioxidants benefits and is effective in weight control.
